Objective
Establish whole green field plant including assembly hall, manufacturing hall, shipping hall, canteen, QA labs and technology center as well as all production equipment.

Implementation
- Manage whole construction:process: concept, design and construction of all buildings incl. IT and security, evaluation and award of local partners, supervision of daily activities at site, take-over fully finished building
- Manage establishing production equipment: planning, negotiations and contracts, installation and commissioning
- Budget planning and investment control
- Interface management of 25 parties
- Regular monitoring to top management
